The finacially troubled Tidewater Inn of Easton was sold today at auction. Early reports indicate the property was purchased by Carl M. Freeman & Associates of Olney Maryland for 4.2 million dollars.
The acting managing director Maureen Scott Taylor is said to be pleased with the transaction.
